For this step we are going to skip your regular cleanser and opt for a soothing homemade camomile wash. Start by soaking three to four camomile teabags in hot water. Once cooled to a warm or room temperature, splash your face 20 to 30 times.
With the skin damp, quickly tap or stroke the skin in downwards motions. This simple technique helps drain fluids and toxins from under the skin surface - aiding in lessening the chance of allergic reactions.
3. Mask.
Relax for 5 to 10 minutes with a hydrating face mask and treat sensitive eyes that are red and itchy with cotton pads soaked in the camomile mixture from step 1. Wash the mask off with tepid water, pat dry try not to rub as this will only redden and irritate the skin.
4. Moisturizer
Finish off your facial with a cooling gel moisturizer. Try popping your gel into a fridge before applying for added soothing and calming power.
Homemade Face Mask
This homemade facial mask mask helps reduce and calm irritation on sensitive skin and also help with sun damaged skin too.
Apply the blended yoghurt and oatmeal mix to the skin for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
