W7 Bronze Queen Review

Your Beauty Gossip
I picked this palette up on a weekend down home, when I forgot to bring some make-up with me and €5 I knew I couldn’t go wrong. The packaging on this palette is a heavy plastic which to me is a lot better than the usual tin packaging that’s on the “In the Nude/Buff “palettes. It also has a descent mirror believe it or not, a double ended brush and sponge tip applicator.

Top 5 Tips for Dry Skin

Your Beauty Gossip

     1.   Only cleanse your skin once daily preferably in the evening. This will remove dirt and grime
but will also prevent further unnecessary drying of the skin. In the morning a splash of water
and some moisturizer is all you need.

Top 5 Tips for Maturing Skin

Your Beauty Gossip
    1.   Rich moisturizers are great for maturing skin, but if you start to break out in spots, your
moisturizer could be too rich. Alternate with a lighter formula.

W7 IN THE NIGHT SMOKEY SHADES Review

 Your Beauty Gossip

Towards the end of last year, budget friendly brand W7 came up trumps with two new eye palettes after the huge success they had with In The Buff and In The Nude, which were dupes on the Urban Decay Naked palettes.

A Christmas Beauty Countdown

ChristmasBeauty.ie

It’s that time of year yet again, where we see nothing but Christmas on every street corner. I swear it gets early and early each year and I’m a major lover of the festive season and believe in being organised early so you can enjoy the build-up, but September even August is way too early even for me.

As the weeks go by and the closer we get to Christmas there has been a massive increase in the amount of beauty advent calendars available, with every single beauty house cashing in on the for every growing market., and why not? We even see advent calendars for kids by toy companies, gone are the days of chocolate.....

Essence Colour & Go Polishes Review

I go through a mad faze during the summer for nail polishes, why?
I haven’t a clue. It’s just something I do every summer, but then comes winter my nails are bare. Strange but’s that’s just me!

Sensitive Skin

Your Beauty Gossip

Characteristics of Sensitive Skin
Would you believe me if I said that 80% of us think we have sensitive skin, when in reality maybe only 10 to 20% do. True characteristic of sensitive skin is not only the itching, flaking or redness we get from using makeup or skin care products but if we have fair skin, red hair, prone to flushing, fine broken veins across the cheeks and or we suffer from hay fever or asthma then we truly have sensitive skin and it can be a right pain in the backside.

It's all about MeMeMe

I was a very lucky girl this year for my birthday, when my sweet, caring mum gave me some money, telling me to go out and get some nice make-up that I could use and write about on my blog.
So a Big THANK YOU MUM.
When I got back home to Dublin, I just knew if I didn’t hit a cosmetic counter quickly. I would end up spending the money on something else, or worse putting it towards those dreaded utility bills. A trip to my local chemist who offer a great range of skin care and cosmetic brands, was where I headed as I knew I would just find what I was looking for and MeMeMe was what I was after.
