Today I’m going to quickly talk to
you about two lipsticks from Artistry, the Signature Colour
and the Signature
Colour Sheer.
So let’s begin with the packaging,
the Signature Colour is in the gold top and black & gold funnel while the
Signature Colour Sheer is the black top and gold funnel. They both have the
bullet twist and click opening which I just love, they are lightweight, sleek,
elegant, luxurious and expensive looking.
The Signature Colour lipstick comes
in 16 shades raging from pink-to-berry, coral-to-red and my favourite’s
nude-to-brown shades which contains a deep intense formula, blended with
vitamin E to help rejuvenate, moisturise and soften the lips. This intense
crème formula is infused with a composition of natural oils that helps lock in
36% more moisture. The Signature Colour lipstick pigments are designed to
provide the perfect amount of colour and coverage, with a translucent base that
lets the true shade shine through.
The Signature Colour Sheer lipstick
has 7 shades to its range of soft and subtle tints to mesmerizing colours,
selected by global makeup artist Rick DiCecca. Just like the Signature Colour
range the formula is infused with intense hydration ingredients and vitamin E
that helps to keep the lips moisturised and softened. The sheer cover lipstick
is so light on the lips, you would not know you had applied any, yet its colour
is long lasting and well pigmented.
I found
both lipsticks glided easily on to the lips, felt lightweight and soft,
longwearing with no bleeding and that was trying both with and without liner.
My lips felt really moisturised especially with the Signature Colour Sheer
lipstick that it almost felt like I was using a balm. What I loved most about
these two lipsticks is that with or with tan the colour just seemed to adapt to
my skin tone.
Talking
about balms, Artistry also have the Sheer lipstick in Clear Balm that contains
SPF15, that can be used as a lip balm, lip conditioner or even under any
lipstick for that extra UVB/UVA protection and extra moisture. They are
dermatologist tested, allergy tested and fragrance free, sure what else could
you look for from a lipstick?
